Today, twenty-nine (29) young entrepreneurs—11 women and 18 men—each received a grant of fifty thousand dalasis (GMD 50,000), totaling one million four hundred and fifty thousand dalasis (GMD 1,450,000).
This funding was provided by the Government of the Gambia through the Ministry of Youth and Sports, facilitated by NEDI
The beneficiaries represent a diverse range of sectors, including agriculture, value chain development, tailoring, welding and fabrication, electrical installation, fishery, and general merchandise.
The presentation ceremony took place at the NEDI Office in Kanifing, where we celebrated their achievements and supported their entrepreneurial journeys!
