The Gambia's travelling delegation to the AFCON 2023 has finally landed in Yamoussoukro local Airport in Abidjan to take part in the continental football tournament .
The delegation arrived at Yamoussoukro Local Airport at 12noon .
The delegation led by the Hon. Minister of Youth and Sports Mr. Bakary Y. Badjie, accompanied by Deputy Speaker of the The Gambia National Assembly, Permanent Secretary MoYS Ndey Marie Njie , Permanent Secretary Ministry of Foreign Affairs-The Gambia ,Senior Government officials, Football Administrators, Media personnel, Football fanatics and members of the scorpion fans club.
The delegation were received by the Acting Executive Director of The Gambia National Sports Council - NSC Mahmoud Lamin Jawla , Mr Suwaibou Barry of Foreign Affairs amongst others.
