Honourable Minister Bakary Y. Badjie presented a chèque amount of D150,000; D125,000 & D100,000 respectively to the winners of #Nayconf2022 Pitching competition.
The aim is to encourage innovation and youth entrepreneurship, NAYCONF 2022 included a pitching competition, where young people presented business ideas and won prizes to implement their innovation and or expand their SMEs.
The funding is part of the government’s commitment to empower young entrepreneurs with the aim of addressing unemployment in The Gambia.
