In the early hours of Tuesday, 10 delegates from the Ministry of Youth & Sports and the National Centre for Arts and Culture - Gambia departed Banjul International Airport for Beijing, China. The team forms part of the 55 participants recently bade farewell by the Ministry at a colourful send-off ceremony last Friday.
Among the travelling officials are Ministry staff, Regional Youth and Sports Coordinators, a Program Manager from the The Gambia National Sports Council - NSC , all selected to take part in specialized seminars focused on sports, culture, and tourism.
This delegation, made up of vibrant and dynamic public officials, will join others in exploring new ideas, deepening cross-cultural collaboration, and gaining valuable global exposure.
